French's Crunchy Onion Chicken

Ingredients
2 Cups (4oz.) French's Fried Onions2 T. Flour4 (5oz.) Boneless chicken breasts1 egg beaten
Directions
Crush French Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until cooked though.
Zesty Tip: Substitute 1/4 any flavor French's Mustard instead of beaten egg.
