Sherrys Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

Filling: 1 10oz pkg of frozen Rhubarb or fresh1 pkg fresh strawberries cut in half or smaller3 tbs of cane sugar1tbs nutmeg1tbs cinnamon1 tbs of honey2 oz of chopped walnuts3 tbs of whole wheat flour *Added lastTopping:*Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .50 cup Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 3 tbsp Whole Wheat Graham Flour, Hodgson Mill, 1.55 cupBaking Powder, 1.5 tsp Light Brown Sugar, 36 tsp or 3/4 cup
Cook filling ingredients together on stove then add 3 tbs of whole wheat flour. Pour ingredients in cake pan. Cook filling ingredients @ 400 for 10 min.
Mix together topping ingredients in a bowl. First dry ingredients. Then add applesauce and butter. Mix untill crumbbley. Then crumble on top of filling and bake @ 400 for 25 min.
