Tater-tot chicken casserole

Ingredients
1 bag tater tots3-5 baked and cut up chicken breasts1 can cream of chicken soup8 oz. sour cream4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Makes around 12 servings in a 13x9 in. baking dish.

Preheat oven to 375. place chicken on bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish in a single layer (or close to it!). Mix sour cream and soup together with a tablespoon of the cheese, Pour mix over top of cheese and spread evenly. Dump bag of tater tots over chicken mixture and spread out evenly on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake until melted. Let cool 5 minutes.

    use fat free sour cream and reduced fat chedder cheese. used 12oz chicken breast. sour cream 4oz = 8 tablespoons and 2 oz cheese = 1/2 cup - 12/2/10

    Pretty good. I actually used half a bag of tater tots, and added corn, onions and garlic powder to make it a little more interesting and a little less carbs. - 1/27/11
