Pork Burritos

Ingredients
3 lb pork sirloin roast1 package low sodium taco seasoning1/4 cup chicken broth1 tbsp parsley2 cloves garlic2 cans diced green chilis
Directions
Place roast in slow cooker, mix chicken broth, taco seasoning, parsley and garlic in small bowl and pour over roast. Cook on low for 8 hours, then take meat out and let cook a bit. Shred with a fork then return to pot, add green chilis, heat through

Serve with soft taco shells, lettuce tomato, olives, whatever else you like.
