2 FRESH CATFISH FILLETS ( NO BONES)4 TABLESPOONS OF LEMONPEPPER

MAKES SERVINGS FOR 2
1.) RINSE FISH WITH COLD WATER TO CLEAN ON BOTH SIDES

2.) EVENLY SPRINKLE TWO TABLESPOONS OF LEMONPEPPER ON EACH SIDE OF FISH

3.) COOK ON IN DOOR GRILL LIKE (GEORGE FOREMEN OR HAMILTON BEACH) ON MEDIUM TEMPERATURE FOR 5 MINUTES EACH SIDE. COOKING TIME WILL DEPEND ON HOW THICK FISH FILLETS ARE.

4.) SERVE HOT OR WARM FOR BEST FLAVOR

NOTE: THIS IS BEST WHEN EATEN WITH A SIDE SALAD. VERY TASTY JUICY AND LOW FAT MEAL.

    I just love catfish. I used roast galic flavored olive oil tp prevent the sticking. It was finger licking gooood! - 7/23/10

    Flavor was very good but it ended up sticking badly to my grill pan. I'll try spraying pan with Pam or oiling fillets first the next time. I used a salt-free lemon-pepper seasoning called "Sunny Spain" from Penzey's Spices to reduce the sodium to the minimum. - 4/9/10
