1.) RINSE FISH WITH COLD WATER TO CLEAN ON BOTH SIDES
2.) EVENLY SPRINKLE TWO TABLESPOONS OF LEMONPEPPER ON EACH SIDE OF FISH
3.) COOK ON IN DOOR GRILL LIKE (GEORGE FOREMEN OR HAMILTON BEACH) ON MEDIUM TEMPERATURE FOR 5 MINUTES EACH SIDE. COOKING TIME WILL DEPEND ON HOW THICK FISH FILLETS ARE.
4.) SERVE HOT OR WARM FOR BEST FLAVOR
NOTE: THIS IS BEST WHEN EATEN WITH A SIDE SALAD. VERY TASTY JUICY AND LOW FAT MEAL.
