    I made this for two by only using 1 cup panko crumbs. I still used 1/4 tsp cayanne and it gave them a good kick!

    Bake for about 13 minutes at 475.
    I didn't have eggs, so i substituted 4 T cornstarch and 4 T of water for the egg mix. 1.5 C of Panko was just enough. If my recalculations are correct, this brings the calories to 203 per serving, assuming 4 servings of the recipe. - 11/29/09
