Ranch potatoe salad

Ingredients
Directions
2 packets dry ranch dressing1 cup skim milk1 cup light mayo3 lbs red potatoe1 large onion, chopped
Peel potatoes, cut in half. Place in pot of water and boil until tender enough for fork to slide in easily. Drain and rinse potatoes until cool. Cut potatoes into bite size pieces.
Combine ranch packets with milk and mayo, mix well. May need to add a little milk if still too thick, you want it about the consitency of yogurt.
Add onion to ranch mixture, mix well.
Pore ranch mixture over potatoes and toss.
Cover and refridgerate until ready to serve.
Makes about 20 1 cup servings.
