Jicama Salad

Ingredients
1 small jicama (app. 1 lb)2 medium tomatoes, diced1/2 medium onion, diced2 tbsp chopped cilantro1/2-2 squeezed limes1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepperchopped green chile (optional)
Directions
Chop jicama, tomato, onion and cilantro and toss in large bowl. Add salt and pepper, toss then add lime juice. I personally don't like salt so I normally use less than I have listed. Use to taste. Makes 4 servings.
