Ingredients
Beans, black, 1.5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup Beans, pinto, 1.5 cup Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedSunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup,*Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 8 tbsp *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 4 tbsp
Directions
Rinse and drain canned beans and raw sunflower seeds.
Chop onions and celery very fine, Nicer Dicer works great.
Add mayo and vinegar.
Mix well.
Makes 9 1-cup servings .
Serve over lettuce greens or as a side dish.
