Ingredients
1 1/4 pound Lean Ground Beef1 Small can tomato sauce3/4 cup uncooked rice1 1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1 medium onion, chopped
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.

    We substitute tomato soup for the tomato sauce, add mushrooms, red peppers and a squeeze of Heinz tomato ketchup. No paprika. Important to use INSTANT rice. Family favorite! - 6/5/07
