Chicken Cilantro Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken breast 1 bunch of fresh Cilantro1 cup chopped tomatoLow-Carb Penni Pasta Fat-Free Italian DressingSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 10 - 1 cup servings

Boil chicken breast until cooked - cool and shred
Boil Low-Carb Penni Pasta (or Bow-Tie), drain
Chop Cilantro leaves (avoiding the stem). Use as much or as little as you want.
Chop 1 cup of fresh red tomato
Mix together in a big bowl
Refrigerate until cold
Add Fat Free Italian Dressing. * To insure portion control - add dressing individually (2 TBSP) per 1 cup. The dressing is to coat the salad.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
*** Sliced black olives are also good in this salad ***
