Fresh Mango Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients
1/2 cup mango - peeled, cored, diced1/2 cup tomatoes - seeded and diced1/4 cup cucumber - seeded and diced1/4 cup onion - diced1/4 cup red pepper - diced2 Tbsp lime juice1 tsp dried Cilantro (or more to taste)dash of salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dice all fruit and veggies and put in a bowl. Add juice and spices. Stir. Chill for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow juices to mingle.
May substitute green onions/chives for regular onions - makes it prettier. Also is better with fresh cilantro, but dried works ok too.
