1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil 1/4 Cup Flour1/2 Cup Chili Powder2 Cup Tomato Sauce2/5 Cup chix brothAdd to taste:Onion powder, Garlic, Cumin, dark chocolate, salt and pepper.
Directions
Heat oil on medium heat
Whisk in flour & chili powder till smooth
Whisk in optional spices
Whisk in tomato paste and chix broth, simmer until thickened.
