Ingredients
1lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless2 tbsp balsamic vinegarsalt and pepper2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Original1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oillemon juice
Directions
Season the chicken with the salt, pepper, Mrs Dash and balsamic vinegar on both sides. Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat. Brown the chicken on each side. Sprinkle each chicken breast with lemon juice and cover the pan with a lid. Turn the head to low and cook for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve as you wish. Eat it as is, make a sandwich, salad, or serve over pasta.

    Well, its healthy, fairly low cal, carbs and protein levels very good. Tastes good, too. Can be cooked in larger batches for freezing. I can find lots of uses for it and certainly refer it to the recipe needies. Its a keeper. - 3/27/07
