Better Chicken Parm

Flour Blend - Sneaky Chef - 1/3 cup French Fried Onions, 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1/2 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 Egg, fresh, 2 large
1. Place first 3 ingredients in a small 3-cup chopper and pulse until well blended. Place in a bowl large enough to accommodate chicken breasts.
2. Scramble eggs with a little water in a bowl large enough to accommodate chicken breasts.
3. Slice chicken breasts length wise to get 6 cutlets. Dip chicken in egg and coat in bread crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 15- 20 min or until chicken is completely cooked and has an internal temp of at least 180 degrees.
4. Serve with your favorite tomato sauce and pasta if desired.
