Power Packed Black Bean Salsa

1 Green Pepper1 Red Pepper1 Yellow Pepper8 Green OnionsCilantro(all ingredients above need to be chopped)1 can black beans, rinsed and drained2 cups frozen corn3T Balsamic Vinegar1/2 tsp. cuminfew squirts of lime juice
After you wash and chop all of your veggies, mix them (including the frozen corn) into a large bowl with the balsamic vinegar. Continue adding the other ingredients. If you can contain yourself, put it all in the fridge to let it sit for about an hour so the flavor is soaked into all the little pieces. the bowl I use holds about 12 cups - this makes quite a bit of salsa!
