Fettuccine with Shrimp and Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup Clam Juice ¼ cup Heavy Cream3 Tbs Lemon Juice1 tsp Lemon Zest1 Tbs Butter3 Tbs Chives, chopped1 pound Shrimp, peeled and cleaned1 pound Fettuccine pasta1 Tbs Cajun Seasoning2 Tbs Olive Oil
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small sauce pan, simmer until liquid is reduced to ¾ cup (about 15 minutes). Reduce heat to very low, whisk in butter. Add chives.

In the meantime cook the fettuccine until al dente.

Add the olive oil to a frying pan set to med-high heat. Sprinkle shrimp with Cajun seasoning and sauté them in the pan with oil about 4 minutes or until cooked through.

Toss cooked pasta with cream sauce and cooked shrimp. Serve with some grated parmesan cheese grated on top.
