Brownie in a mug

Ingredients
2 T whole wheat pastry flour2 T sugar1 T (heaping) cocoa1 T water1 T canola oilOptional: sprinkle of salt, a few drops of vanilla
Directions
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa well in a mug. Add water and canola oil and mix well. You may need to add a little more water, depending on how much cocoa you added. When mixed well, microwave 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to microwave it too long as this will make it dry.
