Honey Curry Chicken

Ingredients
5 chicken beast halves1/3 cup margarine1/2 cup honey1/4 cup mustard4 tsp. curry powder
Directions
Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes in a cassarole dish. While chicken is baking mix butter, honey, mustard and curry powder together. Remove chicken from oven and reduce heat to 350 degress. Add curry sauce to chicken and mix well. Return cassarole dish to oven and cook until chicken done (about 20 minutes).

    Really simple and great tasting recipe. I only used 1/8 of a cup mustard cuz family doesnt like strong mustard taste in anything. Will make this again. - 5/14/07
