Honey-Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
Honey, 1 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)Sage, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
In a bag, combine chicken, vanilla, sage & soy sauce. Let sit 10-15 minutes.

Mince garlic (or use pre-made minced garlic from the store) and put in a pan, using non-stick spray like PAM.

Heat to medium. Mix honey and mustard. Brush onto both sides of chicken breast, and then sear in pan on medium about 10-15 minutes each side or until cooked through.

I serve this with a spinach salad and garlic bread. It's sweet but not too sweet and super moist.
