GrandMa Lynch's Au Grantin Scallop Potates & Ham

Ingredients
Butter, whipped, 4 tbsp Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Flour, whole grain, 4 tbspSalt, 1 tbsp Milk, 2%, 2.5 cup Steak Pepper, 4 serving *Potato, raw, 6 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Ham, regular (11% fat), 2 cup, diced Cheddar or Colby Cheese, 1.5 cup, shreddedFresh Chopped Chives 4 Tbsp
Directions
Pre Heat Oven to 350 Degrees

Take a 9" by 12" pan & greese it with butter or Non Stick Spray

Melt 3 tbsp Butter,Onions, Garlic & Mushrooms in a Sm. Sauce Pan. Turn on Med. Stir as to not Scorch it

When Onions, Mushrooms & Garlic are tender, add the Flour,Salt & Pepper. Stir until Sauce is smooth & Bubbly,then remove from heat.,Let sit 2 minutes & add milk.

Put on High heat, Stiring until boiling. Take off burner & Let it thicken up.

Cut Potates & Ham into chunks or slices & spread into bottom of 9 by 12 pan.

Pour Au Grantin Sauce on top of Potatoes & Ham

Let cook an Hr or until Potates are tender.

Add Shredded Cheese/ Chives & cook for another 10 mins. or until Cheese is melted

Let Stand 5 to 10 Mins before serving

Serving size is 1 2" SQ Or 1 Cup
