Steak and Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients
Fajita meat, tortilla, cheese, tomatoes, cilantro
Directions
Arrange steak strips, mexican cheese, cilantro, and cubed tomato on half of the tortilla. Fold tortilla over like a book and press down lightly. Place on baking sheet and bake at 450 F for about 7-9 minutes. Cut into 3 or 4 wedges. (serving tip: mix a little cilantro with some light sour cream to dip the quesadilla wedges in)
