Herb Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 150 grams * Butter, salted, .33 tbsp * Onions, raw, 200 grams * Cauliflower, raw, 250 grams * 2 oxo/boullion cubes of your choice * Garlic, 2 clove * Tomato Paste, 20 grams * Salt, 2 tsp * Canned Tomatoes, 800 grams * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 400 grams * Beans, red kidney, 400 grams * Basil, 1 tsp * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp * Pasta, cooked, 260 grams
Directions
saute onions, garlic, celery and carrots with butter. add stock and cauliflower. cook til soft. blend everything. add tomatoes, herbs, beans. Salt to taste. Add pasta and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Add extra hot water if necessary.
