Sun Dried Tomato, Pesto, and Chicken Tortellini

Ingredients
PESTO3 tbsp walnuts or pine nuts1-2 cloves garlic1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp white wine vinegar1/2 tsp salt1/3 C parmesan cheese1 1/2 C fresh basil1 bag tortellini2 chicken breasts (cooked and chopped)5 sun dried tomatoes
Directions
blend all pesto ingredients in food processor until there are no more large chunks, scraping sides down. cook tortellini and toss with pesto, chicken, and sun dried tomatoes.
