Ingredients
Samo 1cup washed and drainedYogurt .5 cupCanola oil 2 tsp.peanuts dry roasted coarsely ground .5 oz.jalopeno pepper .5 finely choppedcumin seed 1 tsp.Salt 1tsp
Directions
1. Heat oil
2. add cumin seeds
3. add jalopeno pepper
4. add samo and roast for 3-4 min
5. add yogurt, salt, peanuts
6. add 3 cups water and mix well
7. let cook on medium flame till almost all the liquid is soaked.
makes 4 1-cup servings
