Whole Wheat French Toast

Ingredients
4 large eggs.3/4 cup soy milk (or other milk or milk substutite)1 tsp vanilla extract10-12 pieces of bread, preferably whole wheat.
Directions
Whisk together soy milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Dip pieces of bread in egg mixture and cook on a skillet over medium heat. When one side is golden brown, flip slices.
