Cottage Cheese and Chives bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup cottage cheese1 egg1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon butter or margarine1/3 cup water2 1/2 cups flour2 tablespoon dried chives1 tablespoon sugar1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
Directions
1: pre heat oven to 375
2: mix all ingredients, knead dough till they are well blended
3: let rise for about 1 hour
4: grease bread pan
5: form dough into bread pan and let rise for 30 minutes
6: cook for aprox.30-40 minutes
7: remove from bread pan and let cool on bakers rack

Yield 1 loaf approx. 16 slices
