Turkey Lasagna

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey breast1 onion, chopped1 clove garlic16 oz. peeled, diced tomatoes in sauce8 oz. tomato sauce1 beef bouillon cube, crushed1 TBSP. fresh parsley chopped1 tsp. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 TBSP. basil, chopped, fresh15 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/2 TBSP. fresh oregano, minced8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked & drained4 oz. mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Directions
In a large skillet, combine turkey, onion, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce,tomato paste, bouillon cube, parsley, sugar, salt & basil. Cook on medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. In a medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Meanwhile, cook lasagna noodles.
In a 9" x 13" pan, layer half of the cooked noodles, sauce, mozzarella cheese & ricotta cheese mixture and repeat, reserving enough sauce to layer on top.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake in a pre-heated 350° oven 45 minutes
