Olive Oil, 1 tbsp 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes1/4 tsp black pepperOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedTomato Paste, 1 Tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Canned Tomatoes, 2 cans 14 oz eachbalsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoonBlue Cheese, 1/3 cup, crumbled Heavy Whipping Cream,1/2 cup, fluid
heat oil in a large pan over medium. Add onion, pepper flakes and black pepper; cook 3 minutes or until onion is translucent. Add tomato paste and garlic; saute for 1 minute.
Stir in tomatoes and vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
Add cream, simmer for 1 minute, then stir in cheese.
Serve over pasta.
