My Mother's Chicken Soup

Ingredients
8 pieces of chicken thighs/legs4 medium tomatoes6 qt water1 tsp salt
Directions
Combine all 4 ingredients into a stock pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Leave it boiling for about 30 minutes. Lower the flame to a simmer for another 3.5 -4 hours.

You can refridgerate the soup and skim the fat off the top.
This can also be made in a crockpot and can cook then for 6-8 hours (since it doesnt have its boiling stage).
