1 cup chopped green onions1 cup grated low fat cheesel cup diced low fat ham1 cup chopped tomatoes3 cups diced zucchini3/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick1 cup non fat milk3 eggs lightly beaten
Grease a 9 inch square baking dish. Heat oven at 400 degrees. In pan mix onions, cheese, ham, zucchini and tomatoes..
In a bowl, mix Bisquick, milk and beaten eggs. Pour over vegetable/ ham mixture in pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until crust is nicely browned.
Cut into 5 or 6 portions.
