1 packet instant oatmeal, lower sugar apples and cinnamon½ cup low fat milk1 large apple, chopped1 tsp. cinnamon1 tbsp. walnuts
Directions
Prepare oatmeal with milk. Heat apple, cinnamon and brown sugar in oven for 5 min. Top oatmeal with apples and walnuts.
