Can of navy beans (or great northern)about a quarter of a green bell pepper, slicedaround a half cup of sliced mushroomssmall sliced onionaround 2 oz of lean ham, cut into small pieces2 tbs of canola oil.5 tsp garlic powder1 tsp teriyaki sauce
Directions
using small skillet, warm oil and quickly brown meat
add fresh vegetables and seasonings let simmer until tender
add beans and allow to simmer for 10 mins
