Lemon Shrimp and Pasta Salad

Ingredients
16 oz. pasta, uncooked16 oz. cooked, peeled shrimp16 oz. asparagus, uncooked1 cup Kraft Done Right Italian Dressing1 tsp lemon zest1 lemon, juiced1 tsp dried oregano16 oz. reduced fat Cheddar cheese, cubed
Directions
Place pasta in salted, boiling water
Cook according to directions
Cut asparagus in 1-inch pieces
Place in with pasta during last three minutes of cooking
Meanwhile, mix Italian Dressing, oregano, lemon zest, garlic, Tabasco, and lemon juice in small bowl. Set aside
Drain pasta and asparagus
Mix in dressing mixture and cooked shrimp
Refrigerate for at least an hour
Add cubed cheddar cheese

    This recipe was easy to make, my kids only ate the shrimp. But everything was good and filling. Makes a lot seems like more then 4 servings. - 4/17/07
