Vegan Ranch Dressing

1 cup Vegan mayonnaise1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1/4 tsp black pepper2 tsp chopped fresh parsley1/2 to 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend. Chill until ready to use. Can be used as a dressing or dip.
