Ingredients
* Ground beef, 32 oz * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, .5 cup * Steak Pepper, 2 serving * Egg, fresh, 2 medium * *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cup * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
Directions
Mix all the veggies & meat together
add Tomato Sauce
Mix that in, then add the crumbs, then mix again

Should make 2 Loaf Pans, 1 for dinner, 1 fer Meat Loaf Sandwiches.

Cook @ 375 Degrees & Add with your choice of veggies & mush potatoes & or stuffing or whatever you are going to use as a Side Dish. I like pasta & herbs :-)
