Ingredients
16 oz package of shrimp2 cloves garlic1/4 C Honey (or agave nectar)1/4 C Lite Soy Sauce1/4 C Canola Oil (any oil works)3 C 90 second brown rice
Directions
Mince Garlic. Put all ingredients in a pan and saute until shrimp is white (approximately 5 -10 minutes). Follow instructions on package for making brown rice.

* I also throw in frozen veggies or fresh ones to add in vegatables.

    This recipe was amazing!!! Not to mention Super easy!!! The only substitution I made was, I used a tbsp of corn starch mixed with water to thicken the sauce. - 9/7/11
