5 red potatoes, boiled (or roasted) and cubed2 large apples, cored and cubed1 cup shredded or cubed cooked chicken1 cup Mayo type depending on preference (fat free miracle whip used in recipe calculator for health)3 Tbsp Chipotle or Spicy Brown Mustard2 Tsp Tabasco or Cholula or other spicy taco sauce
Directions
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Chill for best flavor.
