incredible whole-wheat pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole-Wheat Flour1/2 cup Non-fat milk **or Soymilk1 Egg White1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Vanilla1 tsp Cinnamon *optional3 Sweetener Packets/ **or 1 tbsp Sugar or Honey
Directions
1) Combine Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, and Sweeteners.
2) Add in Milk, Vanilla, and Egg White.
3)Let the batter rest for 5 minutes, and heat up the griddle or pan in the mean time.
4) Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray, then pour pancakes by 1/4 or 1/3 cup.

Stack 'em and serve 'em hot with lots of sugar-free syrup!

    I used the cinnamon and it was too strong. I think next time I make these, I will cut that in 1/2. We combined these with the berry syrup and it was good. - 5/31/09
