2 eggs, room temperature, plus enough water (80 degrees) to make 1 1/2 cups1/4 cup canola oil2 tbsp. splenda for baking2 tsp salt4 1/2 cups white whole wheat pastry flour2 tsp. active dry yeast (not fast rising)
Place water/egg mixture, oil, sugar, and salt in a bread machine. Add to the top the flour, spreading gently over the liquid mixture. Sprinkle the yeast over all - DO NOT STIR! Set bread machine to DOUGH (approx 1 hour 20 min. prep in machine).
Let the machine do it's work and then shape dough on baking sheet and lightly cover with plastic wrap. Keep in a warm place while it rises 1/2 - 1 hour. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Great as toast, sandwich bread, or just right out of the oven!
