Low carb greenbeans and beef

Ingredients
2 Cups of of Green Beans canned (any style you like)1/2 Pound of Lean Ground Beef3 tbsp of Salsa (I use Safeway Select)1/2 Small onion chopped or diced1/4 Cup chopped bell pepper1 small Garlic Clove choppedSalt and pepper to taste1 tbsp of chopped cilantro
Directions
Place pan on stove and turn stove to medium heat. Once pan is hot place butter in pan and melt. Once melted add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic and sautee them until tender. Once they are tender add the ground beef and the salsa and brown for about 3 min then add the green beans and the cilantro and mix all together.

Makes 4-5 Servings of 1/2 cup each.
