Directions
Add ingredients to 3 qt pan, cover and cook until the carrots and celery are tender. For a thicker consistency, cook longer for the liquids to condense... serving size is based on condensed texture..it is more "soup-like" at the start of cooking. Use low sodium beans for heart friendly servings!
