Spaghetti with Raw Vegetable Sauce

1 lb. wheat pasta2 lg. tomatoes2 c. frozen peas, thawed2 c. coarsly chopped mushrooms1/2 c. parmesan cheese1/4 c. olive oil3 garlic cloves, minced
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta; drain, reserving 1/2 c. cooking water.
While pasta cooks, mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. When pasta is done add pasta and reserved cooking water and mix. Serve immediately.
