Herb and Garlic Chicken Pouches

4 chicken breastsLawry's Herb and Garlic Marinade (16 tbsp)1 medium zuchinni (sliced)1 yellow bell pepper (diced)1 red bell pepper (diced)a sprinkle of parmesean cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 350.
Put each chicken breast on a piece of aluminum foil (a piece of foil that is big enough to encase it)
sprinkle 1/4 of the amount of each vegetable on top of the chicken
Pour 4 tbs of marinade over each breast making sure to coat the veggies as well
sprinkle parmesean cheese on each breast if desired
gather each piece of foil loosely around the chicken leaving a little room for steam to escape
put all 4 pouches on cookie sheet and bake for approx 30 minutes or until chicken is done
Can pour the contents of each pouch over rice or whatever you prefer
