Vegetarian Enchilada Bake

Ingredients
1 15oz. can black beans1 15 oz. can chili beans8 corn tortillasenchilada sauce1 can rotel1 cup shredded mexican cheese
Directions
Place 2 tbsp enchilada sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer 2 corn tortillas, black beans, tortillas, sauce, chili beans, tortillas, sauce, rotel, tortillas and top with remaining enchilada sauce and shredded cheese. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbling. Makes 8 servings (1/8 of casserole dish). Top with lettuce, tomatoes, chives, etc (not included in nutritional calculations.)
