Thai Glazed Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 pound of think cut chicken breastgrill seasoning (Montreal Chicken)2 TBSP minced ginger root4 cloves of garlic1 large red bell pepper sliced thin1 cup shredded cabbage and carrot mix3 scallions1/2 cup plum sauce2 cups of basil leaves1 TBSP fish sauceRomaine Lettuce1/2 seedless cucumberThinly slice the chicken into strips and sprinkle with grill seasoning. Heat a large skillet to screaming hot. Add canola oil, then chicken. Cook chicken 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add ginger, garlic, peppers, cabbage and carrot mix, and scallions and stir fry another 2 minutes. Add plum sauce to glaze the mixture, toss 1 minute, then add basil and wilt leaves. Place spoonfuls of chicken into a piece of lettuce with cucumber and fold to eat like taces. I also dress with more cabbage and carrot mixture like cheese!
