Chicken and Sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil3lbs. boneless skinless chickenbeast cut in 8 serving pieces2 garlic cloves minced1/2 c. white wine1 tsp dried basil1-1/2c. fat free, low sodium chicken stock1/2c. chopped, sundried tomatoes cut in slivers
Directions
1. heat oil in skillet, brown chicken
2. Transfer chicken to slow cooker.
3.Add garlic , wine,chciken stock, and basil to skillet. Bring to boil. Scrape up any bits from the bottom o the pan.
4. Pour over chicken. Scatter tomatoes over the top.
5. Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hrs
