Tater-less Turkey Hash

Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground turkey3 whole eggs2 cans (16 oz) chickpeas, drained1 onion - finely chopped3 cloves garlic - minced or crushed1/2 tsp sage1/2 tsp thyme1 tsp seasoned saltolive oil
Directions
In a large bowl, mash chickpeas, eggs and dry spices. In a large pot or skillet, brown ground turkey over medium heat with garlic and onion. Drain any fat. Add mashed chickpea mixture to browned turkey and continue cooking over medium heat, stirring frequently, until no liquid remains. Prepare individual servings by reheating in 1 Tbsp olive oil per serving until chickpeas are lightly browned.
