Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 large onion3 cups of diced potato1 cup of chopped carrots2 cups of chicken broth2 cloves of chopped garlic1 tablespoon of oreganodash of salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut chicken breasts into pieces. Chop or dice all other ingredients and add seasonings. Throw it all in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
