1 pkg Owens sausage3 eggs, lightly beaten1 c frozen hash browns2 1/4 c shredded cheese8-10 flour tortillasSalt & pepper to tasteFresh roasted green chili, optionalor Chipotle, optional
Brown sausage and hash browns together. Add eggs and mix w/sausage till eggs are cooked. Add salt, pepper and optional chilis. Divide cheese and sausage mixture among 8 to 10 tortillas and roll to form burrito. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
